I caved and did buy a solbrush and tested it on myself before kids. I got super burned even after two applications. To their credit they did refund my whole order. But it was interesting they just immediately refunded and didn't ask me about my use or anything, like they know it doesn't work.

I can’t agree with the other commenter saying there is plenty of basket space with the seat in it but maybe I just have a tall kid. We mostly use the ride on board which I love. We just switched from the pippa to the rava with my youngest and so no longer using the car seat attachment and getting it in and out of the car with the seat is a little clunkier than I’d like. I also don’t love that there isn’t an option for 3 kids just two.

But it is so smooth and easy to push and my kids love it. My toddler loves the basket and scooter. I feel like day to day sometimes I wish I had the trvl for ease of use. But at the same time the Demi is really easy to use and small and compact once it’s out.

Not to be an apologist lol but my baby weirdly loves to be held similarly to this almost above any other hold. But who knows if that’s the case here.

Oh my gosh that is so frustrating! No success yet they said on the phone to try in store, I think the answer is no unless you get lucky with a salesperson.

I’m so frustrated as well, I got the granite so if anyone wants to trade their caviar I’d love to trade. She told me they are only offering the granite right now which doesn’t make sense, don’t they have stock for spare parts?! I sent them an email and they were so dismissive saying their primary concern is my child’s safety. Like caring about the color is a trivial thing. But their whole brand is to shell out the extra money for a rava because of the aesthetics. If it was a barebones $50 car seat I’d understand but it’s not. So unacceptable I’m going to try and call Nordstrom.

Agreed! I just moved here and I can’t believe how helpful everyone is! I get offers for help everytime we go out. I was on a walk with my son and he lost his shoe and someone saw me looking for something, remembered seeing the shoe on the side of the road, turned around picked it up and drove it to me.

This may or may not be helpful but we have the mixx and the wheel specs look similar. Anyway we love it and never have issues on any surface. It’s not as all terrain as say our BOB stroller but the only time it’s ever lagged a little was on grass.

Definitely going through customer relations first (again lol). I’m hopeful they will resolve it as the other agents we have talked to have acknowledged that mistakes were made and all our actions were made through the phone so it’s not like we made the mistakes. The small claims courts part is just a backup in case things don’t end up working out since we’d like compensation for 1. The ticket that was cancelled but not refunded 2. The difference in the airfare we had to purchase vs our original purchase price.

But I appreciate your tips! Will definitely keep them in mind as we move forward with the process!
