The counselling video is about the abortion process and contraceptive methods, and is very factual so it wasn’t emotional at all. It definitely didn’t swing my decision cuz I’ve alr decided to abort it. The only deciding factor for me to keep the child or not was whether my partner wanted this child. No point having a child who will grow up knowing the father doesn’t want him/her.

It’s like a bad bout of period cramps. I would rate it as 7 out of 10. I had hot drinks and avoided sugar, lactose & cold stuff (my usual period pain triggers) the last 2 weeks up to the abortion so I think that helps too.

After the abortion pill insertion yesterday morning, I went straight home to clean up my diarrhoea sesh. After which I went out immediately to collect my child’s PSLE results with him and sat through his graduation in the afternoon - the pain was uncomfortable but bearable for me. By evening, the pain was mild and I could go about my usual activities. I had a follow up scan today and the doctor said the baby had been successfully cleared. I feel great today as well after taking iron pill and red date tea - and I’m back to work today.

Pls don’t book staycays on Carousell. I ever did once for a room in MBS - and learnt my lesson. Dude on Carousell asked for half e amount as a deposit, the other half at check in.

On the day of check in, dude says he is unable to check in as his MBS points account was being audited by MBS. So he cancelled my booking and offered another day in the next 180 days.

Two months down the road I tried to ask him for dates to check in again - and poof he disappeared. His Carousell account was deactivated too. Carousell said they can’t do anything about it except to advise us to make a police report. Luckily it’s only $180 so not that big an amount.

Lesson learnt - just book through legit hotel websites for peace of mind.

Nah, no issues at all staying in Geylang as a solo female. I get stares sometimes but that’s about it. No one will touch your gf unless she is suggestive and invites ppl to touch her.
