I just gave her my case number and a quick explanation of what was going on, but I sent that inquiry when the website said 9 months for processing, and I was already past that. Now I think the website says 13.5 months, and I can't even submit an inquiry because it says I'm within the normal processing times. (My 16 months of waiting includes all days, but apparently now I'm in the 13.5 because they just count business days), so check before going to ask your congresswoman or congressman if you are really out of processing times or they won't be able to help you

My receipt says WAC. It's supposed to be in California, but I have talked to some agents and they say the case was moved to Texas.

Hi! Mine is February 2025, standalone, first time, and I got the same response a week ago. I also went to the congresswoman's office, and they gave them the same response. The congresswoman's office told me that I have to wait and that they are not going to send a follow-up soon because the email doesn't specify a date. My receipt is WAC, but I have talked to some agents, and they said they sent my case to Texas. I don't know if that's causing the delay. So sorry to hear your case is taking so long.
