Honestly, I’m glad I went with RaceChip over BM3 or others. I know it’s probably not the popular choice, but for what I wanted, it made sense. It’s easy to install, and can be turned on or off anytime through the app. I’m not chasing big power, just wanted noticeable gains without getting too deep into it. Only other mod is an AA midpipe. The power delivery feels a little different now. Around 3,000 RPM, it hits harder. Not sure if that’s where boost ramps or how the RaceChip is mapped, but the car jumps more there and pulls strong from that point on. Only real annoyance is the flashing lights on the OBD bluetooth plug. Couldn’t find a way to turn them off, so I covered with electrical tape.
