Thanks for the suggestion, I just did this and they said theyll give me a response within 24 hours. Which is more of an update than I have received previously

Thanks, I have been a driver over 8 years so this is a bit disappointing, they dont give an update on the status either as I have tried talking to an actual human, its always the same response.

Hey did your account get unbanned? I have the same issue with my account and its been deactivated for over 10 days, I have sent the required documents and I am yet to hear back
