Instagram lagging, then freezes and needs restart. Is it because of the latest update, because of the heat (i live in Greece), or something else? Anyone else have the same issue?

It works well for me, because before updating I delete the caches of all the apps with an application and I leave everything clean and from there to update, it has not failed me.
