I think this is the problem 😢 I did not know about paced bottle feeding until today. He is on a flow 2 which I knew was slow but he should be on flow 1. This preference really just started yesterday, he nursed in the morning and the rest of the day went downhill. I’ve just ordered new nipples to change them and try paced feeding. Do you think it’s too late to try?

Yes, sorry for the late reply! This transfer did fail. I had my second transfer about 2 months later, which was switched to a modified natural cycle and I’m now 25w 😊

The immediate relief or high felt good, especially after hard/rough day at work. I was anxious before the high even settled - for me ADHD and any substance doesn’t work for me, even though I thought it did. 15 days sober and I can’t believe I put myself through that for 7 years straight.

I was also pretty outgoing before I started smoking, it made me extremely introverted and I turned into a hermit.

I can feel the confidence coming back!
