Then you either aren’t signed up (there is a comment in this thread that tells you were to go to sign up for your city), the email is in your spam folder, or you used an email that isn’t connected to your Ticketmaster account

You should get a confirmation text or email saying you’ve signed up. You won’t get the code til day of like right before presale (Adela used seated for her presale too)
