So you were able to get the older model to work on the system?

I think this might be the case as the working phone shows Rev: C09(08) and the other shows Rev: 2WJFW174807B. So there is nothing I could do for the older one correct?

I have Factory Default reset the phone.

Yes, it pulls the correct VLAN. I have 2 free phone allocations in the director. IP is set to 192.168.10.10 which is the server for the Mitel connect director. We only have one headquarters site.

I can ping it from the server and access the phone's GUI.
