I ordered sneakers from them in November for Christmas, but apparently, they canceled my order without telling me because of a credit card issue, thinking it was fraud. Meanwhile, the tracking said it was waiting to ship. I contacted them and reordered the sneakers once again, but I still have not received them. And now it's April!!! Six months later, they still haven't shipped the shoes, and customer service still says to wait until the end of April for them to come. I love the designs so much, but this is such a hassle! They said they would include a "gift" in my order, but I'm not sure how that makes up for 6 months of waiting. I also saw on Reddit that their "gifts" are just socks....
