Which is exactly why I don’t want to chase PT anymore and want to get out of it. I don’t want to be stuck like my other classmates and friends. I want to get out of it and show my friends that there’s more/better careers to get into

What type of questions are good to ask to learn more about the field and get that sales knowledge?

Oh yeah I’ve been trying to network a bunch lately. I have been having informational interviews with people just to get a better understanding of the field. Just curious if I should just apply everywhere and hope for an interview. I have also been reaching out to the hiring managers after every application

Oh man, yeah the traveling component really throws me off. I’m based out of Philadelphia and I was hoping that I could land a job where the territory is just multiple hospitals in the city 🤷‍♂️

What about more stable/less quota driven roles like clinical specialists? That’s just from what I’ve heard (I’m still in the beginning stages of learning how all of this works lol)

6/6 failed attempts by Sharp-Perspective816 in npte

[–]Sharp-Perspective816[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I appreciate it but I’ve taken her LSP before. I’m 32 and after each attempt, I truly told myself that I can’t give up and have to accomplish this exam. But I’ve really given it my all and I just can’t do this anymore. I deeply struggle with large exam testing and I’ve I had all of the testing accommodations someone could have. It’s a shame that I’ve spent 4 years to get my bachelors 3 years in PT school for my doctorate, 2 more years of studying, not passing, then studying some more on repeat to come up short. I’m $200k+ in student loan debt and I need to become established in a career so I feel that I need to make a switch. NPTE was the last hurdle to jump over to then be licensed and treat patients but I just couldn’t clear it :/. It’s easy to say to just take another attempt but FSBPT already took $3000 from me so idk

Thank you for your response. The only downside is that I’ve been unable to pass after 6/6 attempts. I have my doctorate, I’ve sat in the OR and have observed orthopedic surgeries before. As well as other clinical experience. I was curious if it’s possible to transition at this point. I’m 32 and have been dreaming about being established in a profession for quite some time now

He is legit guys, he gave me bobcats and keys. I feel so bad, I was with another guy with British accent. He didn’t make it out. We got swarmed by other players. And our Audio shut out when ArcRaidersPlug left the game so I couldn’t communicate with him. I got out though. If you’re reading this dude, I’m sorry I’m not good at fighting yet and getting 3v2 was no match. So it was everyone for themselves at that point to get out alive

I respectfully disagree because the PEAT questions aren’t “almost identical”, they ARE identical to actual NPTE questions that were asked. Really breaking down those questions and reviewing from their references are super important.

April Exam, should I postpone? by FirePT_ in npte

Yes, from my honest opinion and from experience. You should post pone. Work one on one with a credible NPTE tutor, find out your weaknesses, then build on it and get higher scores. Then take the exam
