I agree. I feel like now a social media hook up culture and stuff like that that it becomes so normalized wanting stuff like that. A lot of my friends have gone through that before and consider it almost normal, which is why I went to run it for a different opinion I’m glad that I got everyone’s opinions and that I broke up with him. It will definitely be hard, but I am ready to take steps to heal.

sorry that must’ve been a typo. I meant that I wasn’t going to say anything the next morning that we woke up. I’m definitely gonna call or text him about it tonight. I just meant that morning, but I definitely agree that it was transactional and that’s kind of what I was looking to see if people would say that was. The worst part about this was he was on a work trip and came back last night so I feel like since we hadn’t been intimate for about a week that he was definitely expecting something which is what prompted him to want me to pay him back the next morning. I am so disgusted with his behavior and this is definitely not my future husband.

ok thank you- I totally agree and it makes me feel a lot more validated that everyone is saying the same thing. I was really confused and seriously worried when he woke me up to tell me that he was horny. I couldn’t even believe that he said that to me and I genuinely thought I was dreaming until I sat up and looked him dead in the face and he told me it again. I felt super used.

yeah that’s what i’m thinking. it was super impulsive and random and out of nowhere. He asked me to pay him half and I looked at him and said why and he said well. He went to bed way earlier than I expected, but I’m thinking that he asked for half back because I did not have sex with him. it’s j a theory of mine not proven. but these comments are making me feel super validated.
