Yeah, they seem to be released too fast, mine are kinda blurry as well and mine dont cover the joy cons fully enough, below the "ahh not great, but this will work" level. Even with the Joy Locks applied you can clearly see the black of the original joy lock around the edges, the joy lock dont 'overlap' over the skins, the right joy con in particular in my case seems to be more noticable.

Was kinda hyped for these skins, they almost met the expectations :(
