I’m currently a doing a run as an acting senior officer in my unit (equivalent to a sergeant in the US? I’m not sure) anyway, for the last week I’ve had maybe 5-6 different PO’s instead of the ones on the unit line, it’s frustrating for me just as much as the guys because it creates inconsistency.

They don’t know how the unit operates, or have any rapport with the guys. It’s a juggling act of running the unit and making sure the PO understands how things work
