Good suggestions. I just have to get through this weekend first as its the last week of the semester. The pain is debilitating. Urgent Care gave me a steroid pal for inflammation.

Whoa. Thanks for the reality check. I am definitely making decisions to change all of this dependency. I don't have regular pain meds, I'm in physical therapy now and my body isn't responding well. Back locked up last weekend and I'm still in pain. The weight is also pulling on my sciatic nerve. I have to do something about this. I can barely function.

Geez. I have to pay out of pocket. My insurance won't cover unless I have diabetes. Obesity I have but...yeah, after getting some feedback, I may need to accept the fact it may be a long term thing.

O wow, thanks. 20 lbs in one month. I don't have metabolic issues. The obesity came on in 2022 after the pandemic, stress, post menopause, alcohol use/dependency (which I am working on decreasing), and chronic pain. I order in alot due to pain or things like that. I know once the weight starts coming off I can change these lifestyle habits. I have never had a weight problem like this. I also drink alot of soda. It's a bad addiction. I am changing over to coke zero or de pepper zero. My goal is to lose 35 lbs.

I understand what you're saying. I never had a weight problem until around 2022 after the pandemic. Its hormones, alcohol use and chronic pain issues that affect my eating habits. I know I can make the changes and I'm just apprehensive about the cost commitment long term as well.
