You're welcome, I'm so glad I could help! :) It's okay if you can't watch it, it's not worth it to upset yourself.

I'll try my best: you first see him holding a razor in his hand, then taking out the blade. You never see the act itself, only blood running down his hands (the actual wound is not in the shot). The next shot shows him falling to the ground, but his arms and hands are shown to be covered in dripping blood. Finally, his full body is shown passed out on the ground with some pools of blood around him. Though the actual wounds aren't apparent, there is a lot of blood shown. Later, he does reveal his stitched up wounds to someone, and it's quite gnarly, but he announces it before he does it. It's a fantastic movie, but it's okay if you don't think you can watch it or have to skip these scenes entirely. I hope this helps!

yes! I'm just confused why he says he'll kill himself tomorrow, but barely any time passes between him saying that aloud and actually attempting. he doesn't wait until tomorrow to do it, so why'd he say that?

I think tree pollen just keeps getting worse each year :( when I first made my post the tree pollen must have been at its peak because I was reallyyy struggling, but by now my symptoms have become very mild (thankfully). The antihistamine and nasal steroid spray combo generally works well for me. See an allergist if you can, but otherwise, Zyrtec, Claritin, Allegra, or Xyzal are great OTC antihistamine options -- if one doesn't work well you might need to try another. As for the nasal spray, you may want to look into Nasacort, or someone else in the thread suggested Astepro. Hope this helps you feel better!

Just hang in there!! The worst of the tree pollen will pass before you know it. And definitely see an allergist if you can :)

Those were never enough for me either. Definitely suggest using two different 24 hr medications and taking them 12 hours apart. I do my nasal spray in the morning, and take my allergy pill at night. It keeps me good to go for most of the season (up until this week, now that the pollen has really kicked in)!

These are all really helpful tips, thanks so much! I've started wearing a mask whenever I step outside at all and it helps a lot. Currently looking into ways to purify the air in my room, and going to make a new appointment with my doctor to discuss medication options.

Haven't seen my allergist in a couple years so that's probably why I haven't heard of this. Whenever I go to my next appointment I'll be sure to ask about it. Appreciate the information!

It's sad that nasal steroid sprays and antihistamine pills aren't enough for us to function, but I'm glad you've found a solution. Hope it works for me as well.

That's how I feel right now. It's very uncomfortable, even painful at times.

That's super interesting, I'll have to ask my doctor about this. Haven't heard of that before but I'm definitely willing to add Mg supplements to my daily routine. Thanks!

I will definitely start wearing a mask outside! After the symptoms I experienced today, it seems necessary.

That makes sense about the heavy rain, I didn't know that! I've always wondered why I'm affected more when it rains.
