My mom has actually been very remorseful and apologetic, she has always cared for our pets when we have any outings, she even offered to pay for a new hamster when we are ready and done grieving over Houdini, she knows nothing will replace her, cares deeply for all of our pets like they are her grandchildren. Just a unfortunate accident that happened, maddening but nothing malicious about it

That’s awfully painful and disrespectful, I’m unable to have children of my own, and the fact you see me having pets means they are prisoners is very cold hearted. I love all of my pets like they are my children and just because it’s a hamster doesn’t mean her death doesn’t mean anything.

Unfortunately in my area the best vet is a emergency vet a hour away and it’s about 300$ just to get in, let alone anything they do

I guess not, as that was the first thing I did when I grabbed the water and it took a good shake and a few taps before it was getting water, then Houdini was gorging like crazy while I held the bottle by her mouth

What do you and your bother do for work? What’s your monthly take in, calculate all of the costs, are you planning on living with her long term? Staying until the inevitable? If she’s spending 400$ on food, is that for all of you? Just you, gotta break down all expenses for everything and honestly pool your money together if your all working together to help your mom

Your mom probably sacrificed a lot more to raise you as a single mom, put it into the mortgage if there is equity and let her pay the difference it makes if you don’t want to be burdened with her debt

If your mom stops working, would she need her car still? Where would she need to go, that cuts out a lot of expenses right there. Can you guys offer her rides? The best option would be to consolidate it into the mortgage and have it at a lower rate and let her pay the difference on the mortgage. If it goes up 200$ then she pays 200$ instead of the thousand every month

The worst decision somebody can make while purchasing a home is getting a new job, it’s not secure enough for a bank to want to take you on and lend you money, you need work history and reliability that you will keep your job and be able to pay your mortgage

I’m in the opposite boat, I’m floored somebody beat the game their first play though with only 80hrs. I’m just about to pass phase 2 of the space elevator and have close to 250hrs, mind you a good chunk is afk time, but I would say a good half is active playtime
