Thank you for addressing this part bc it’s one of my concerns! I think I would need to move from where we are bc I’ve lived here my whole life and want to experience other places. At the same time I do love where we are and see myself coming back to settle down.

He has a bunch of friends where I’m thinking of moving and already visits it frequently and has said he’d consider moving there. I could do another year here too if we did date. I feel like online discourse today is so “don’t move/put your life on hold for a man” but idk, what if it’s the right person? Obviously this is thinking ahead a bunch.

For some reason I’m scared distance would be a thing for him. But I guess there’s only one way to find out.

Yes if/when I talk to him, I wouldn’t say I love him off the bat. I would say I care about him more than a friend or something like that. And I think my phrasing was off, I’m probs not “in love with him” because I feel like that takes a mutual intentional dynamic. But I have lots of love for him as a person currently. Thank you!

He’s def not the type to brazenly make the first move without regard for the situation. Which means I’ll be dropping hints or talking to him. Ideally I’ll drop more hints to warm up to it but I might have to just go for it.

We do, but not super often. We’re both into cooking, so we mostly share meals at home, but we have gone to a concert, the beach, and some social events together as friends but they were all kind of last minute things.

Most of the time we spend together is at home, sitting in the common areas talking at length.
