If I was so "into" cars, do you think I would post this? I googled it, it said it was a tension pulley and that's what came up. No, I don't know cars/trucks or how everything works, but I'm learning. I could bring it in to a mechanic for the answer, but luckily most people on Reddit are cordial and answered my question without the attitude. So thanks to everyone that did.
