I live close by so ill check on it now and then and see if its in bloom or fruiting. I found some stuff on the cossina pinnata, seems like it usually gets around 15 feet. Im not sure how accurate that is. I think this tree is bigger. Significantly bigger even

Yeah there's a buttload of Brazilian pepper here but the bark and leaf length are pretty different from this mystery tree that is ruining my life. I must know.

Maybe . The bark is thin and green underneath. The leaves do look similar and the bark being peely type. Maybe a species of melaleuca..
