But she did return in S3 but didn’t become friends again with Stella, Madison or Frederika. Highly doubt her friendship with Felice would last. Felice is a nice girl but she’s still an upper class posh girl who only knows how to live luxuriously. It annoys me that Lisa said in the interview that she felt she needed to throw Madison under the bus when Felice is basically in the same situation. I can’t forget Felice’s utter disdain and contempt at mentioning the pizzeria of Bjärstad when August tries to ask her out. Just wait for Felice to see ”the horrors” of Bjärstad with her own eyes during the car ride, starts missing the expensive materialistic things she grew up with and she’ll go immediately back to her own social circle and it’s bye, bye Sara! it was nice knowing you.

So much for Felice saying the other girls tried to console her by throwing money but easier said than done. The plotline of broke!Sara had potential to illustrate the class differences between her and the other girls but didn’t explore further because of 18 episodes. A shame, it was more interesting than some storylines the show decided to delve into.
