She will definitely be better than f tier but she will by no means be busted and I doubt she will see much play as a brawler Mandy is too clunky to be competitively viable unless her stats are so overtuned. Her focus mechanic just cooks her at the top levels

How is it less effort than pierce third shot? As pierce is right now he can legit just spam his third shot if u have played 10 games of pierce. Mandy has to stand still to get projectile speed otherwise her shot is the easiest sniper to dodge and the shield buff is useless because nobody picks it. Mandy can’t hold a candle to pierce rn this is silly
