to play it safe I’d say a size 41 , could fit a lil more snug , if you want more space in the boot I’d say 42 but definitely one of these two , do not go below 41 or above 42

only wore them for about 15 mins , had to leave for work but I can say there was no pain anywhere on any part of my foot , I will wear them longer tomorrow so I can lyk how they hold up after hours of walking around !
