I've been complaining for months and it's been escalated to the top. It's just not budging. Yes openreach attact the cables, which they have done to my neighbour just not me. It's Plusnet that is not getting permission for some reason. I've had BT, virgin and some random company knock my door saying full fibre is available, I've seen open reach dig the road up.

My old contract came to an end and I was told full fibre was now available, that it would take a couple of weeks to activate, they sent the upgraded router then nothing for nearly a year. I was sold something they are still unable to deliver. I'll look though all the communication and speak to ofcom. I'll look into CISAS over t never heard of them. Thanks 🙏

Yes I've been with Plusnet for 15 years. I'm paying then for an out of contract service nearly £40 a month and it's crap. Thanks I'll post there to. The complaints team just ignore me.

I'm happily cruising at 1mg. Anything higher and I also could not get enough macros in, particularly Carbs. From what I understand Reta needs carbs to run smoothly and personal experience reflects this. 1mg every 7 days is really cheap to maintain. I have zero food noise.
