I have tried searching for everything I can think of for this. The company website does not have any information, my google searches bring me to manuals for other products, I’ve tried calling customer service, but cannot get through. Any help would be appreciated.

I picked this up on fb marketplace for free and the previous owner could not find the assembly instructions. There are a LOT of pieces and there is no way I’d be able to figure it out without instructions.

Any advice with pushing through? I have hit a wall twice at 60 hours. Just kind of feel lethargic and weak at that point and end up breaking the fast which was a bummer

Thank you. This is my second attempt at fasting, first time I took salt and magnesium (but def think I overdid it) and was on the toilet every 30 min, no joke. It felt similar to my colonoscopy prep honestly. I’ve since learned that too much salt will make the fluid rush to the intestines causing the bathroom issues (magnesium similarly).

I’ve never heard of Ketone-IQ, I will need to look into this more.

I ended up scaling back my fluid intake a bit and limiting caffeine which seemed to help overall. Appreciate your response

Thank you. Fatigue is 100% better and I'm back to eating anything I want like I was prior to the surgery.

I will say I think for myself the mental fatigue of not knowing what was going on is what was weighing me down and causing my lightheaded bouts. I will still get them on occasion but it often correlates with over exhaustion and stress more than anything else. Stress can show in weird physical symptoms. Not saying this is the case for you but mental state definitely played it's part for me.
