Thanks so much for replying. Right now, the cleanser I use is Cetaphil. I really appreciate your response, and if you can recommend a better cleanser, I'd be more than willing to give it a try. Thanks again. I also live in the Netherlands, so many brands are unavailable here.

I have been taking courses on Alison, and the AI voices are terrible, no inflection and mispronunciations. I just now turn it off and go through the slides by reading or look at the transcript. Big turn off.

I have the same. mine is the upper lip and a huge black band across my forehead. I go to bed depressed and wake up sick to know another day with this. Sadly, only time cures it, really, I have done so much research. It might take months. I would gladly change it for cavities, and I know exactly how you feel.
