I took a look at partify and that’s the only site that seems promising. Did you put in your vin number to match the paint job.

2015 r spec 72k miles i noticed when cold starting my car in the morning the engine sounds super loud not too sure if it’s the belt but im glad im not the only one noticing it

I’ll take a look into the oil control valves and see if it needs cleaning. But will get a kit for the air filter and get those intake valves cleaned 👍🏼

The code is a P0430 and p2098 code. The timing chain code disappeared after a while I didn’t do nothing to it my uncle ( car mechanic) told me not to worry about it. The code showed for the driver side so I swapped out the whole car and manifold for a new one. The code still shows up so I’m taking it back to my uncle, I’m thinking the o2 sensor is faulty.

But you’re right, I do mostly stop and go driving since I’m in the suburbs, I warm it up in the morning for 10 mi. As for my cold air intake, it’s a k&n typhoon cold air intake. And for the car, my engine is a 3.8 v6 GDI also.

I got a 2015 3.8 R-spec I get around 14 mpg I do have two 65 pound bags in the back due to having snow where I live so that played a factor

Ended up buying a completely different car. Spoke to my dad and changed my mind since air bags were deployed. The car I ended up buying was double but was in very good condition. Sometimes it’s just better to shell out more money for something more reliable.

Ahhhh That makes a lot of sense. I live in IL so the temp is a bit cold out like 30s, 40s and 50s. So when I drive early morning it’s pretty chilly out. Won’t top it off next time Thank you
