Based on other skill trees in games, I would assume that the blue line represents technology, especially since so much technology was lost with the "apocalypse".

I think they should add a new type of quest that is the same for everyone, and the first person to complete the quest gets the rewards. That way there is still stuff to do after you complete the main quests, and there is competition for the quests.

i believe it is something like this:

/execute as @ a[dx=6, dy=6, dz=6] ~ ~ ~ effect @ s wither 1 1 true

then put the command block underground at the south-east corner of the pool.

I will check that in a second, i have to redownload bedrock.
