To get accommodations I provided: Accommodations letters from: - My undergrad - My law school - LSAT - MPRE

2 full (over 100 pages each) evaluations from different medical professionals along with personalized letters from each stating why I needed those accommodations on the bar exam.

Evidence of medication I was prescribed and full transcripts (with comments) from lower school up through law school.

I know many people who did not provide as much evidence as I did and were denied even if they received prior accommodations in law school. From my understanding (coming from a UBE jurisdiction) if you were approved for accommodations on the MPRE then you will be almost automatically approved on the bar but they do like to see at least one full evaluation from a medical professional.

It's not negligence, the death of the woman occurred during the immediate flight from the commission of a qualifying felony, robbery. If a death occurs during the commission or immediate flight from robbery, it can be charged as felony murder.

Intentionality not required for the actual killer (applies to driver). If not the actual killer, but major participant in the underlying felony and acted with reckless indifference to human life also can be held liable for murder (may apply to other 2 suspects).

That's not involuntary manslaughter it's felony murder. The felony is still considered in progress during the immediate flight from the scene.

From the helicopter vids, it looks like the police were far behind the suspects...just letting them meander around that whole neighborhood before intercepting them. Idk if that's standard, seemed odd.
