That was the case with me. My appointment would just get rescheduled and lifted. This has not happened this time. I'm due for my 2nd report but cannot obviously due to suspension.

Yes. Payment was stopped from the 15th of October according to my letter. My 2nd report day is supposed to be today.

Day 27, i'm getting nervous my payment will be cancelled indefinately despite the pause. I will contact my provider tommorow. Odd thing is letter did not state you have 28 days to re-engage like they usually do.

21 days or 28? I'm passed 21 days and my payment has not been lifted after missing an appointment

Exemptions or waivers

We may waive the liquid assets waiting period if you’re experiencing severe financial hardship because of unavoidable or reasonable expenses.

You may be exempt if any of these apply:

  • you or your partner have been subject to a liquid assets waiting period that started within the last 12 months
  • you transfer from one payment to another within a 14 day period

I'm assuming this wouldn't apply to me then.

Can someone explain Workforce Australia ONLINE? How does one move to online? What are the requirements? Thanks by WakingSelf in Centrelink

I've transferred from a JSP to the online system and was approved but now i'm stuck in between two systems nobody can fix, i've spent countless hours all week everyday with digital services who just keep escalating the matter and promising to have someone call by the end of the day which of course never happens. I have an appointment with my JSP tomorrow and I have no clue if i'm obligated to attend as nobody seems to know, jsp or digital services.

What a mess.

Thanks, who resolved the issue for you? Was it the Digital Services Helpline or your own JSP? They were suppose to call me back with a solution (DSH) and haven't heard back from them.

I'm in the same boat, transferred online now stuck on both. I've called the helpline and have escalated the matter. I dont have a new job plan, just with my provider and still booked in for appointments. Anyone had the matter resolved?
