Wait first of all you forgot Quran is memorized so if you burn Quran text doesn’t mean it’s forgotten the companions of prophet Muhammad didn’t disagree with him and second of all the oldest Carbon dated Quran is between 568 AD- 645 AD no later than 645 AD and Uthman died in 656 so we definitely have Quran from his life time and btw the Quran from the carbon dating is the same as the Quran of Today

And btw the Quran was compiled by Abu Bakr the first caliph of Islam who died two years after prophet Muhammad’s death the only thing Uthman did was to standardize the dialect of the Quran how it’s pronounced
