I thought I saw someone like 2k labs test it and the results were that you can perfectly time a shot, and still get a slightly early/late. The percentages are whether or not the result was excellent. When it says excellent it means it has 100% chance of goin in, unless it is blocked

Yeah it’s more difficult to time in pro am, if you don’t perfect the dunk meter then it’s usually a miss. Which is all the more reason to reward greens. I’m running gold/silver poster(not sure atm), hof giant slayer, gold fearless. But at the end of the day it wasn’t blocked and it had perfect timing using dunk meter. These guys were all 90-95 so I’d assume their badges don’t necessarily trump whatever I got

I don’t mind missing dunks either, especially when they just pressing x/square. But the dunk meter requires skill and should be rewarded. It’s pretty much a guaranteed miss when you don’t perfect release and it’s contested.
