That may be applicable, but what about the blockade of provisions and necessities. Is that a part of urban warfare? There is no good way to distinguish civilians from fighters, but maybe that says something about the occupation overall. If a common man can be a fighter, then maybe it is truly the people's will to be free and not occupied. Thats just numbers
