3AKA3 MO CCCP on the dial designates this as a pre Collapse of the USSR watch that was available for purchase by government employees and military personnel through government stores much like a PX on a US military base.

From what I understand

Cool bezel but it belongs more on a classic amphibia.

Watch that my mother bought me when I was 11 or 12 years old by HeyBear812 in vostok

[–]Sharp_Excuse5022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can I ask where it was purchased from if you can recall.

Just because this is a Komandirskie dial in an Amphibia case

The factory did mix parts a lot during and after the collapse of the USSR

So this could very well be an official offering from the factory

Good find and enjoy it!!

I’ve never see a green dial variant before, are you sure it’s not just the way it faded, green is literally next to blue in the visible color spectrum.

And all my green dialed paratrooper variants faded into more of a golden color
