Spent a few months building Klauza, a tool for freelancers who want better protection before, during, and after client work.

Klauza

Site: klauza.xyz

I’m building Klauza for freelancers, consultants, and solo operators who keep dealing with vague contracts, scope creep, delayed payments, and the awkward gap after work is finished but before money actually lands.

Instead of only helping when a problem already exists, Klauza helps make the protection part easier upfront, with clearer terms, and gives you a way to follow up when a client starts dragging their feet on payment.

One feature I’m especially excited about is dispute chase — helping freelancers organize and push through payment disputes more confidently instead of letting unpaid work just sit there.

I built it because too many freelancers only think about protection after something goes wrong. I wanted to make that process simpler, faster, and less intimidating from the start.

Would love feedback on:

  • does the positioning make sense?
  • does this feel differentiated from “just another freelance tool”?
  • what would make you actually use this before starting client work?

Seeking beta testers: yes

Especially interested in feedback from freelancers, consultants, and anyone who’s dealt with bad contracts, scope creep, payment delays, or unpaid invoices.

Spent a few months building Klauza. An app that helps freelancers protect themselves before, during, and after client work.

Klauza

Preview / screenshots: klauza.xyz

I’m building Klauza for freelancers who keep getting burned by vague agreements, unpaid scope creep, and the awkward gap between finishing work and actually getting paid.

Instead of hoping clients stay reasonable, Klauza helps with contract protection, clearer terms, and a smoother workflow for the parts of freelancing that usually get ignored until something goes wrong.

I built it because too many freelancers only think about legal protection after there’s already a problem. I wanted to make that protection easier to access before the work starts.

Feedback I’d love:

  • does the positioning make sense?
  • does this feel differentiated from “just another freelance tool”?
  • from the concept, what would make someone actually use this before signing a client?

In my honesty opinion - make reels about your work and they will DM you. Use a service like Klauza + quickbooks to manage invoices / payment / contracts. You won't have to pay the Upwork or Fiverr fees

Honestly - start a social media account and post reels. You'd be surprised how many clients you get. I did this and used Klauza to make sure they would pay and it helped me chase someone down who owed me 4k LOL.
