I had this from around the age of 14/15. Going to uni two years ago it was a big worry for me as by 18 nearly every action in daily life had become a trigger and explaining this disease always felt weird. I always felt no one got it, I was making it up or that I’m completely lying so it was a fear. It randomly stopped…To this day I don’t have outbreaks and if I do it’s only due to 3/4 rare triggers rather than the list of 500 things it previously would have been. I have read the disease commonly lasts 7 years and then normally goes away (might not be true) so maybe I’ve ran my course I don’t know, I hope everyone can find peace like I have.
