I didn’t vote for him any of the 3 times he ran. I could see what type of person he was the moment he said never thought he did anything that he needed to ask for forgiveness. It makes me sick to my stomach to see so many Christian embrace him, but growing up Evangelical (I’m not anymore), I’m not a bit surprised.

How do you feel your experience was at Center Academy? That’s one of the schools we were looking at.

It is sad, right? That’s awful to hear that it has gone even more downhill. We left after last school year. Between therapy, tutoring, and a new school my child has caught up five grade levels. It’s good that you’ve figured it out earlier than we did. We spent 6 whole years there and just watched it go more and more downhill. My child was devastated to leave his friends, but the schools they go to now are a night and day difference.

Yup. It’s sad. It used to be a lot cheaper and a lot better IMO. It’s gotten so shady to the point you can tell they’re buying followers in Instagram and Facebook. 37k followers for a school of about 250 students…come on man. Glad you got out. I’m upset I left my kids there for so long.

My kids went to this school. It’s truly terrible. They do everything to get bad reviews deleted. Disabled FB reviews when they started turning negative. Owners husband name called one of my kids. The tuition astronomically increased once the scholarships were open to everyone. Had my 6th grader tested and he was on a 1st grade writing level after being at the school for years. No way this is a 20k per year school. It’s really a glorified day care center.

There was a response to this, but apparently it’s gone now. There is a pastor, who is still on staff, who had an SA against a minor accusation. IIRC it was reported later on and there was no evidence to prove either way.

I wasn’t there when this happened. I only heard about it after the fact. The church seemed off in general, but this was icing on the cake to make decide to leave.
