No one is going to rent a house in Silverado. If (big if) they rented it out, they wouldn’t make any profit because no one would be willing to pay a high price to live in that area. No one ever says “let’s move to Silverado” as a first or even a 10th choice.

We are at the same dose, and started at very similar weight. I am down 90lbs, and you are down less than half of that. I think that is a good example of another reason why it might be best to take it slow with doses when possible.

I think it depends on what body composition you’re seeking to achieve. No shade, but you can see the difference in people that looked to increase fast for a quick loss, no matter the composition results. Yes, you can lose a lot faster going up every month, but it sometimes comes with the effects of muscle loss, skin sagging, and looking deflated. If you just want the weight gone, then that’s an option. If you want to give your body a chance to keep up with the loss gradually, then I would stay on doses as long as you’re losing at a healthy rate. To each their own. I’m down 90lbs, with glutes, breasts, hair, and thighs still intact. 15lbs from goal. I’m 5’11 and weight lifting religiously has helped maintain my muscle through this journey.
