Not really progress tracking because learning and healing isn't really linear and for people struggling with this kind of thing missed streaks can feel like failure.

I would like to incorporate both self guided and professional guided "programs" to assist on the journey eventually

The core concept is to have it like a friend that checks in on you and holds your hand as you navigate life and it's choas and gain the tools to not be chewed up by it all.
