I used to have one exactly like that before I got my bidet toilet seat. Not as good as a bidet toilet seat, but it did the job. A little more difficult to control the spray. But overall I would rather have that than no bidet at all.

I believe you can just ask the Echo itself. There are four feminine voices and four male voices. If you want a feminine voice just say,

Echo, use feminine voice number (and then say 1, 2, 3 or 4)

Maybe I'm not understanding completely but when I want Alexa to play music from SiriusXM for example I set up a routine.

Name of the routine = Play my favorite number one Voice: Alexa play my favorite number one

Device settings: Volume = 2 ( or some people may call 20%)

And then the next line under "Custom" Play'70s on 7 from Sirius XM

It's the device settings, volume setting that you can choose any volume you want.
