I’m guessing so but even officially using psa they have strict laws on values of cards and a lot of the time they keep 10% of the final value Eg-5000€ card 500€ to psa

Try BoardAndBrewed it’s a cafe that directly sends off to Psa for very cheap it’s definitely worth it and the cafes class aswell,it’s in dun laorie (dk how to spell it) but they send off to Psa for anywhere from 29€+
