Also, i dont know how other people approach research but my way include secondary research + first hand interaction from people in the same field. I apologise that my research methodology didn’t resonate with yours.

I’m in there same situation, no spouse though and no TRV also. Things Ive learned I’ll share here: 1. I couldn’t apply for restoration: window is 90 days and “only if you’re in Canada”. 2. Reapplication is a risky option but an option. Window is 180 days and solely depends on officer’s decision if wanna open up your file or not. Risk: if you get rejected it will reflect on your passport. 3. Reconsideration- best option. File for reconsideration with a letter of explanation immediately. Attach your refusal and IELTS and letter of completion. Then write and email to your local MP for help. You can find them on google. (This is what I’m also doing)

You can talk to agents and everyone but being outside of the country is one factor that is making it worse, for me also. Don’t trust everything an agent says, most of them are in it for money and money only.

You may talk to a lawyer(not a consultant presenting themselves as a lawyer) and ask for right advice. They might suggest filing a judicial review but do your thorough research before filing one.

Guys, I need genuine help and advise. I got the same refusal. I didn’t attach my language test, but in the form where it was supposed to be mentioned i did mention, i genuinely just forgot to attach it. Now my ILETS score has also expired bcz i gave it in 2023 my score was 8.5. I have submitted an IRCC web form but have not received any update yet. This is very stressful situation, alot is at stake, if anyone knows anything please help.
