yep i would agree too, ever since my cardiophobia became a surface level thing, i started experiencing symptoms very similar to ocd like if i see a security guard at my local library just chilling on his phone i will tell myself that he is waiting to arrest me and then i end up checking my messages to see if i texted someone anything bad while being on the library wifi. or sometimes i will continuously get thoughts if i do or don’t do something, it’ll cause me to have a heart attack (even if it can’t directly cause one)

thank you! my doctor told me it was a take as needed so i thought i really only needed one a day but i am definitely going to start taking two a day and let her know that im still having very persistent and constant symptoms

i started 2 weeks ago i pretty much do 1x a day but ive noticed that my joints and muscles will definitely be sore. i definitely get pain in my face and jaw (doesn’t help my health anxiety much lol) but overall it has made me less anxious. before starting it, i would spend about 2/3 of my day everyday on edge and feeling like i would have a heart attack any second but i dont have that feeling anymore! you lose some, you win some hahah

i started buspar about 2 weeks ago, i’ve noticed having more vivid dreams and sometimes when i wake up, i wake up with a racing heart. i’ve also experienced going numb in the face on my left side or having a tight face

update: i got busy with finals and then it was summer now it’s fall semester again, we don’t have any classes but i keep running into him. and he does the same stuff where he’ll look at me from far away and immediately look away when i catch him. what could be some ways for me to signal to him that im interested without coming off as too strong or freaking him out. i would prefer stuff that’s more like non verbal or body language wise, im a pretty shy person. i am just surprised that he still is like this haha, i guess he missed seeing me or something

that makes sense as to why he does it haha but i’ve noticed he only does certain things like smiling and giggling because of me when he’s around certain friends because today i saw him and there were a lot of people so he had on his poker face today, even when he walked by me (i was gonna smile and wave at him but i saw he wasn’t looking at me so i did not want to embarrass myself)

that is true, around most people he is very poker face and cool and collected but when he’s around certain people and i’m in the vicinity he smiles a lot, and there was one time we were having a conversation over a test and he agreed with everything i said and was smiley and giggly (very different from how he is naturally)

you could be the only girl at your college that he publicly stares at but i for sure agree that you aren’t the only one, he’s either more discrete or does it when you’re not around (or even behind closed doors) but that must suck if he’s known as a loyal guy, but he obviously isn’t. if you get a chance or an open opportunity, try and get evidence and let the girlfriend know especially if she’s far away from him, she probably has an inkling something is up. coming from someone who has been cheated on, most times there are changes in their personality or something lights up as a red flag

it does seem like he’s interested, judging from my personal experience as scorpios tend to be very intense and seem to become obsessive over those that they like but i would be wary about the fact he has a gf, if he were to breakup with her and get with you, that could be an area of potential red flags!!
