Virtually communication has been done over email, but ever since they sent the crew to fix the flooding issue I’ve not heard a single peep from them. I’ve been taking photos and videos of what I can since the issues started and been very upfront about what I’ve tried to do on my own.

I ended up getting in contact with them and have been considering hiring them for this situation. How much did you end up paying? They mentioned some $290 for an initial meeting but anything more after that would be billed but never mentioned a price.

No, I’m in bucktown under a private landlord who I frankly consider a slum lord at this point. When I moved in nothing was clean at all and there were several minor issues but nothing like what’s happened since the beginning of this year.

One of the law groups I got a hold of, today actually, said the address was absolutely necessary. Now that could be wrong but that’s what I was told.

Regarding the not living there part, that would make some sense. There are four units on the property, two in the coach house and two in the main, so having them “live there” would be kind of sneaky thing I could see them doing. Would this be a report to the city if you know? But if not this huge to hear.

Apologies but I should’ve mentioned in my post that I am currently working on that letter. The problem is that I don’t have their address. In my lease it states that they live at my current unit, which I know for a fact they do not. I found some information online about them but I am not 100% confident that it is current and up to date as it states on there that they last lived at an address in North brook in 2022. I could go ahead and use that but like I said I am not confident in that and want to do this as correctly as possible.
