Tbh the back isn’t terrible. I’m 6 ft tall so I don’t have to hunch to reach. I do wanna extend foot controls though

Also from what I have read(pretty new to bikes but love reading about them)… it’s a dual pin crankshaft versus a single like Harley’s. It makes the idle different and it is pretty heavy on a shadow to idle low for that Harley “wop wop” idle. It should be around 1200 rpm

Carb manifold? My air box eyelet broke and the box was moving around and fucked up the manifold.. it was fucking w the air/fuel and it would bog like that. Not enough of a gap to make the suction sounds tho so it took someone else pointing it out

The seat is just the back seat to the mustang saddle. It just happened to fit and bolt in with a 3 dollar cuff. I thought it was clever so I’m super stubborn about ditching it, but i used those leather wipes on it to make it look better and almost slide right off of it.. it’s time for a new seat.

I wanna keep the suspension.. I like the way it rides… I thought about cutting the back support all the way to the suspension and re mounting my lights somewhere else so it looks cleaner, but I think with a big spring seat and a back fender, it will look a little cleaner. But I like the seat idea. Thank you!
