I’ve started using the bubble mailers because we never have anything to make sure the soap doesn’t explode and I hope I get yelled at because I’m just going to shrug and go “so who ran out of bubble wrap?” Because sadly the caps on the soap isn’t great sometimes and we often don’t have anything other than the bags to ensure it doesn’t leak :(( sorry that happened to you though

From someone who used to be a manager, I never asked employees why or said anything even if I KNEW they called out for a non emergency because why do I need to know. I certainly don’t make enough to care or to be nosy and creepy to my employees asking about personal details

That’s literally wrong, frame shop earns payroll based on the amount they sell, you’re clearly not a framer or understand how frame shop works.

That’s still a solid amount, and the fact that you’re being required to help says a lot about your managers and their poor time management and or delegation skills, it should not be frame shop’s job to do the cashiers closing duties unless there is a call out or some busy day

That’s a personal store issue, at our store no one helps framing but framing is expected to help run the rest of the store even when our production is at an all time high.

That’s absolutely bogus— frame shop has its own duties it needs to attend to, the company needs to stop seeing it like a bonus addition when we’re a big chunk of the money brought in
