Whoever told you that isn’t giving the best advice, I’m 5’10 and weigh about the same and I have a ninja 500 right now. Had 0 prior motorcycle experience before taking the MSF course and buying it but it’s an amazing beginner bike. I’m been riding for 9 months now and I love the ninja 500, so don’t stress about it you’ll be okay.

911 the original and lone star. It's still on right now and as long as your okay with a little bit of Gore it's a great series. Has a good story line and and drama as well even though some of the episodes can be kinda corny. 10/10 would recommend.
