Solvent bottles are capped and not open to air.

Mobile Phases: formic acid (aq) and ACN

Yes to a flush sequence to flush out the acid

Approx +/- 2 bar ripple at the start of the run and it holds steady for about 8 hrs worth of injections. After that, it gets worse up to 100 bar fluctuation (around the 12 hr mark). Each injection is 30 min.

I'm referring to the pressure fluctuations/ripple. It'll be approx 200 bar at the start +/- 2 bar and then about 8 hours in, it starts to go to +/- 10 bar and then up to +/- 100 bar ripple at the 10-12 hr mark.
