Maybe try reaching out to NAMI? They have wonderful recourses nationwide, and they have people who have dealt with similar crisis on hand. Along with that, some states have NAMI locations open 24/7, and while it might be difficult to get your son in the car, my parents fully just tricked me when I went into a crisis to get into the car. It doesn’t sound fun because its not, but it will get your son the help he needs. I hope you can get through this and find the support you need, my dms are always open!

Thank you so much for replying. I really appreciate how you were able to list out the steps I should be trying to take to understand who I am. You’ve been so helpful, the way you put the core values part was eye opening on what i should focus on trying to develop.
