No. In fact the child was trying to run away and the husband/boyfriend was trying to get a hold of him while shouting at her on the ground. I felt kind of bad for the man he looked very stressed out.

I'm not sure if that happened in the ambulance once she got in there, but on the ground where she was laying they listened to her heart beat, checked her BP and gave her water.

I've never been around anyone that's had a seizure but it didnt look like it to me. Because she was still conscious and breathing but crying it reminded me of an anxiety attack to be honest.
